What we do
We build renovations, extensions and new home across Melbourne's inner, northern and north-eastern suburbs, including selected outer growth corridors and semi-rural areas. Here's where we can help:
How we build
Process first
24/7 access to the Transform Homes Portal, fixed price agreement and fortnightly site meetings. You always know where your build is at.
Professional
Over 40 years combined experience. Fixed price certainty, Home Warranty Insurance and a process built to protect your investment at every stage.
Thoughtful
We come to you first. Your lifestyle, your family and how you use your spaces shapes every decision that follows.
Sustainability
Every site we run is managed to minimise waste, maximise recycling and reduce our environmental footprint. It's not a policy, it's how we build. Read more about our impact
One team
From first conversation to final handover, the same people are responsible for your home. We have an experienced in-house team of carpenters and labourers, overseen by a dedicated project supervisor and supported by a trusted network of specialist subcontractors and tradespeople. Together, they work to our standards and are accountable for delivering the quality our clients expect.
"Greg Paull is honest, reliable, straight up and most importantly he really cares about the end result. The close relationships he has built with his tradespeople are quite evident in the high level of craftsmanship delivered. We have no hesitation recommending Greg and Transform Homes."
