All building work is carried out under a written building contract. If anything on the website differs from your contract, your contract applies. Sending us an enquiry doesn't commit you, or us, to anything.

Our photos and renders show examples of our work. Some may include finishes, furniture or landscaping that aren't part of a standard price. Testimonials share past clients' experiences, and every project is different.

We only share clients' homes and comments in accordance with our privacy policy.

The text, photos, designs, plans and branding on the website belong to Transform Homes or are used with permission. You're welcome to view and print pages for personal use, but please ask us before using any of it elsewhere.
